На должность PR-специалиста в Cartier разыскивают человека с наработанной базой контактов и разговорным английским. Обязанности в общем типичные для PR-менеджера: мониторинг прессы, написание пресс-релизов, общение с партнерами. Но требования высокие. Текст вакансии написан на английском – недвусмысленный намек на то, что «fluent English as a must» не преувеличение. Помимо прочего, требуется, например, опыт работы в международной среде.

Purpose

Ensure the coincidence of the communication requirements of the Maison and the expectations of the press to ensure the best possible presence — qualitatively and quantitatively — in the media: print, broadcast, online.

Responsibilities

Brand messages:

  • Relay the brand messages to the media;
  • Support launches, make proactive recommendations to the journalists and the staff;
  • Participate in the implementation of action plans aimed at relaying the brand messages to the media: product launches, corporate events, store openings, etc.;
  • Negotiate feature articles and monitor press reports;
  • Develop and implement internal communication plan;
  • Write press releases: invitations, letters accompanying mailings, etc.

Local coordination:

  • Implement a follow of editorial planning for optimal presence;
  • Implement a qualitative monitoring to ensure the best representation for the Maison;
  • Highlight strategic products; liaise with the boutiques for pieces’ availability; organize the security and check pieces upon return;
  • Coordinate product launchings: give the right product to the right vehicle at the right time.

International activity:

  • Contribute to the organization of press trips according to the Maison’s activity; budget monitoring of the operation;
  • Manage and generate interview requests for the Presidency, General Management, Marketing Directions, Heritage Branch of Cartier International.

Reporting:

  • Update and maintain the tools: press file (ADFP / AUGURE …), communication calendar, press competition survey; manage and use intranet news, weekly reports.

Influence:

  • Develop the press network (lunches, appointments); strengthen his/her network by regular meetings with journalists and stylists.

Image:

  • Endorsements and consignment for films and stars.

Ambassador:

  • Represent the brand in the events organized by the press or competition;
  • Ensure a permanent relationship between the brand and its partners on the market;
  • Integrate the concept of customer and service in all these actions and recommendations and work to anticipate the needs of customers and respond to their needs through service excellence.

Requiremens

  • Higher education, preferably in the sphere of Marketing/PR/Communications;
  • Successful professional experience in PR and communications in multinational environment;
  • Perfect network of contacts with local editors/journalists of glossy magazines and with local celebrities;
  • Experience in digital PR;
  • Native Russian, fluent English as a must.
